Pricing
What you actually pay
Talstor
Priced only by how many people use it. Free up to 10 employees, then $15/mo for 25 people, $30/mo for 50 and $60/mo for 100, with custom pricing above that. Every plan includes the whole platform. During beta every plan is free.

Tiered plans with a limited number of included users, where higher tiers unlock reporting, automation and additional seats, plus payment processing fees on transactions taken through the platform.

Honest advantages
The two things we genuinely do better
1. Real workforce management, not just dispatch
Housecall Pro assigns jobs. Talstor also runs recurring shift rules, swaps, PTO policies, approvals, overtime alerts and payroll ready timesheets, then reconciles those hours against the job that consumed them. If labour cost accuracy is the leak, that is where it gets fixed.
2. Seats are not the pricing lever
When each extra user costs money, dispatchers and admins get left out and someone ends up rekeying paperwork. Talstor prices by headcount band with everything included, so the whole team works in the system.
Where they win
Where Housecall Pro is the better buy
Housecall Pro is well ahead on the customer facing side: online booking, automated reminders and review requests, card payments and financing, marketing tools and accounting sync. Talstor has none of those today. If your growth depends on the consumer experience, buy theirs.
