How it works

Schedule it. Work it.
Cost it. Bill it.

One system instead of four. The schedule becomes the shift, the shift collects the hours, and — if you bill for work — those hours become the job cost and the invoice. Nothing is re-keyed and nothing is locked behind a higher plan.

The sequence

Three phases, nine steps

Phase 1 · Set up

About 10 minutes

  1. 01
    Create your workspace

Name the business and you get a unique company code. That code is how your whole team finds you — no work email addresses required.

  2. 02
    Add your people

Give each employee a username and a PIN. They log in from any phone, laptop or browser with your company code. No app store, no installs.

  3. 03
    Turn on what you use

Everything is included, so you decide what shows up. Most teams run on scheduling and timesheets alone; businesses that bill their work switch on jobs, estimates and invoicing too.

Phase 2 · Run the week

Every day, automatically

  1. 04
    Publish the schedule

Drag shifts onto the week, copy a busy week, bulk-assign a team, or set standing recurring shifts. Employees see it on their phone and can request swaps or time off.

  2. 05
    Quote and dispatch the work

If you bill for work, build an estimate, convert the accepted one into a job in one click, and send work orders with scope and notes to the team.

  3. 06
    Everyone clocks in

One tap to start — and, if you bill work, tagged to a job. Live timer, works offline and syncs later. Managers watch a live who's-working board.

Phase 3 · Get paid

Friday afternoon

  1. 07
    Review and approve

Overtime alerts, missed clock-out reminders, PTO approvals and timesheet edits — all in one queue with a full audit log.

  2. 08
    See the real labor cost

See what the week cost in hours, and — if you bill work — labor plus materials against the quote, so you know a job's margin before invoicing.

  3. 09
    Bill and export

Turn approved hours and job costs into an invoice, or export payroll-ready CSV/XLSX for your bookkeeper in one click.

Roles

What each role sees

Owner

Everything: live board, schedules, timesheets, PTO policy, jobs, estimates, invoices, job costing, audit log, company settings and billing.

Manager

Day-to-day operations — their crew's schedule, timesheet and PTO approvals, work orders, jobs and estimates, without access to billing.

Employee

Self-service — clock in and out, assigned shifts and work orders, time-off requests and messages. They only ever see their own hours.

Every feature, every plan.

Plans differ by how many people you have — never by what you are allowed to use.
